The hotel had a beautiful Japanese garden and it was located near a stunning lake. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The hot springs were a highlight of the hotel, with clean and relaxing facilities.
The communication was quite difficult as most of the staff did not speak English. , the onsite restaurant was quite expensive and there were no nearby food options, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was convenient as it was situated in a beautiful town with great views. the staff was helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the private onsen which was both relaxing and had an amazing view. the traditional Japanese room was really cozy and inviting.
My Christmas experience was dampened by a couple of negative factors. the bathroom was not up to par and was not cleaned properly.

The hotel had a spacious and comfortable room with excellent air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite my lack of Japanese language skills. The onsen were top-notch, clean, and relaxing, with plenty of options to choose from.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the lake. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the traditional Japanese-style room was comfortable and clean. the onsen experience was enjoyable, especially the private ones overlooking the lake. the multi-course breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully.
The communication was difficult as some staff members did not speak English well.
